No. The same email address cannot be both a volunteer and an administrator at the same time. Every account on Vome is tied to a unique email address, and a single email address can only hold one role.
The good news is that there are a few simple ways to give the same person both a volunteer profile and an administrator account.
Each Vome account is identified by a unique email address. A volunteer profile and an administrator account are separate accounts, so the same email address cannot be used for both at once.
Option 1: Invite the person with a second email address
Invite the person as an administrator using a different email address from the one on their volunteer profile. They can then:

Option 2: Change the email on the existing profile, then invite that address as an admin
The user can update the email address on their current profile, which frees up the original address to be used for the administrator invitation. To change the email address:
