Can I edit profile information for Vome Users or Offline Profiles in the database?

You can only edit profile information for Offline Profiles that you manually created in the database.

If the volunteer record is a Vome User, it means that the volunteer has entered the profile data themselves and saved it to their Vome profile. Volunteers who are Vome Users can update their profile information at any time and you will immediately see any updated info reflected in your database.
1. Go to the Database
2. Click on a volunteer's name in your list of records (*Offline profiles only)
3. Click on the Edit button

Please be advised that you will not be able to edit the email address for a volunteer. Although we are working on ways to provide this functionality, please email us with your request and we would be happy to assist you with this.
