Can I re-use the same forms & waivers for multiple opportunities?

Can I re-use the same forms & waivers for multiple opportunities?

Yes of course! Once you create a new entry in the forms & waivers pop-up, it will be saved and can be re-added when creating other opportunities. If you add the same form/waiver entry across multiple opportunities, administrators will only need to mark the completion status of the form/waiver once, no matter how many opportunities require it from the volunteer. In other words, the status of the form/waiver will remain consistent across all opportunities that require it.
For example, let's say a Liability Form is added to Opportunity A. When the volunteer applies to the opportunity, they will download the Liability Form, fill it out and return it to the administrator. The administrator will then upload the completed Liability Form on the volunteer's application and mark the status as complete. Now, let's say Opportunity B at the organization also requires that volunteers complete the same Liability Form from Opportunity A. If the volunteer ever applies to Opportunity B, the Liability Form will have the "Complete" status as it was already marked as completed for Opportunity A.
