Can I Skip a Step in My Sequence?

In some sequences, you may have the option to skip a step and move on to the next one without completing it. This option is only available if your organization has enabled it for that specific step.

When the Option Is Available

If skipping is allowed, you will see a Skip Step button at the bottom of your current step. If you do not see this button, skipping is not permitted for that step and you will need to complete it before moving forward.

What Happens When You Skip

Before skipping, Vome will ask you to confirm. Keep in mind that when you skip a step:

  • The Sequence Coordinator will be notified that you have skipped the step.
  • The step will be bypassed and you will move to the next one in the sequence.

Should I Skip?

Skipping is intended for cases where a step genuinely does not apply to you, or where your organization has made it optional. If you are unsure whether you should skip a step, it is best to contact your organization's coordinator before doing so. They can confirm whether skipping is appropriate in your situation.
