Finding Your Way Around the Chats Page

The chat list helps you filter, catch up, and start new conversations quickly.

1. How do I see only my unread chats?

Click the Unread pill to show only conversations with new messages. It carries a count badge.

2. How do I filter my chats by type?

Use Filter by type to narrow the list to Direct messages, Custom group chats, Categories, Opportunities, Shifts, Groups, Sites, or Database. Use Clear to reset.

3. How do I mark chats as read?

Use Mark all as read to catch up in bulk, or use Select to choose several and then Mark {count} as read.

4. How do I find people or channels?

Use Explore to find anyone or any channel and start a conversation without leaving the page. Search by name to browse under People and channels, shown with columns for Name, Details, Type, Members, and Status.

5. How do I start a new chat?

Use New chat, New group chat, or Create group chat.
