To add or remove application forms on your organization's page, you need to adjust the privacy setting for each form.

When a form is public, it will be visible on your organization's page.

When a form is private, it will not be visible on your organization's page.

Here are the steps to change the privacy setting for your forms:

1. Navigate over to your Forms page

2. Click the 3-dot menu on the right hand side of the form

3. Click Set to Private or Set to Public depending on what you would like to do!
