How do I apply on behalf of a group?

If you are applying to an opportunity and/or trying to create a reservation to a shift on behalf of a group, we recommend adding a note at the bottom of the application form.

For example, add the name of the group/company, how many people plan on attending, etc.
Reserving a spot to a shift
When you reserve a spot to a shift, it will only take up 1 spot even if you are applying on behalf of a group. Therefore, the administrator must be made aware as to how many people are part of your group and plan to attend. Once they have this information, they will be able to adjust the number of available spots for other volunteers accordingly.
If you would like each person to reserve spot to a shift, you can instruct each group member to create an account on Vome and apply to the opportunity directly.
