1. Login to Vome
2. Go to your Reports page using the left-hand side navigation
3. Click the Shift list report
4. Filter the list of shifts by configuring the date range, and then using the filters on that page to refine your search
5. Click the checkbox(es) to select the shifts you would like to cancel
6. Once doing so, you will see an "Actions" button appear, which has the option to cancel shifts
