How do I find the QR code for on-site check-in? Do I need to print it out?
1. From your left-naviagtion menu > Click Schedule
2. On the top-right > click Actions
3. Under the CHECK-IN/OUT TOOLS section > Click Download check-in/out QR code
4. On the pop-up > click Download on the top-right of the "Volunteer check-in & check-out" print-out on the right side.
The single QR code is centralized across all opportunities and shifts at the organization. This makes it easy to print the QR code once, make it visually accessible to people upon arrival to their shift, and allow attendees to check-in and check-out using the same QR code regardless of the opportunity or shift. The only caveat is they they need to be booked for an upcoming shift to scan the QR code!
You can display the QR code digitally on your virtual on-site kiosk or print it out as many times as you'd like!
