How do I manage the onboarding process for a volunteer?
1. Go to the Database page from the left-hand side navigation
2. Click on the person's name to open their profile
3. Click on the opportunity that you would like to manage
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the application form, and click on the Onboarding tab.
There are four (4) onboarding items that can be managed if added to the recruitment process for an opportunity in Add Opportunity (Step 6), and each will have statuses assigned to them that can be updated.

It is also important to note that once the volunteer completes a Phone Interview (within the Interviews section), the volunteer will no longer be asked to complete another Phone Interview for new opportunities. Therefore, if the volunteer has completed the phone interview, and then applies to a new opportunity that has the same Phone Interview onboarding step entry, it will already indicate that it was complete.
