How do I merge or remove duplicate database profiles?
To remove or merge profiles from your database, you can follow these steps:
1. Navigate to your Database page
2. Click Actions on the top-right of your screen
3. Click Manage duplicate profiles
From here, you will see a list of all duplicates profiles based on the email address used. You can then click the "Merge" button. Alternatively, you can do this in bulk by selecting the applicable records, and using the Actions dropdown that appears.
