Pinning a form to your Vome admin dashboard

How do I pin a form to my dashboard?

Overview

Pinning a form puts it on your admin dashboard so you can reach it without going to the Forms page each time.

Pinning is personal to your own admin profile. Nothing you pin or unpin changes what any other admin sees, so you can shape your dashboard around the work you actually do.

1. How do I pin a form?

  1. Go to your Forms page.
  2. Find the form and open the three-dot menu on the right.
  3. Click Pin to dashboard.

It appears on your dashboard straight away.

2. How do I unpin it?

The same three-dot menu, which now reads Unpin from dashboard.

Unpinning only removes it from your dashboard view. The form itself, its settings and every submission it has collected are untouched.

3. What is worth pinning?

Forms you check often rather than forms that matter in principle. In practice that usually means your live application form during a recruitment push, and whatever form is currently collecting something you are waiting on.

Pinning everything defeats the point, since a dashboard full of pins is as hard to scan as the Forms page itself. Unpin things once a campaign is over.

4. Can I pin other things too?

Yes. Opportunities and sequences pin the same way, each from its own module, and each is personal to you.

Pinning an opportunity does something extra: it also feeds the My opportunities & schedule section of your dashboard, which shows the shifts attached to the opportunities you pinned.

Summary

  • Pin from the three-dot menu on the Forms page, using Pin to dashboard.
  • Unpin from the same menu, which then reads Unpin from dashboard.
  • Pins are personal to your admin profile and invisible to other admins.
  • Unpinning never affects the form or its submissions.
  • Opportunities and sequences can be pinned too, and pinned opportunities also drive My opportunities & schedule.
