How to get to this report:
1. Go to your Reports page using the left-hand side of your navigation
2. Click the report titled "Reservations & hours grouped by user"
Key notes about this report:
- On the left-hand side, you have Data filters section and a View filters section. The data filters are used to re-run the report and refresh the data on the report. For example, if you search for a particular date range or opportunity, it will recalculate the hours based on those criteria. The view filters section allows you to manipulate the data that has been loaded. For example, if Jamie has 13 hours logged and you want to filter out the list based on people who have more than 15, you can do so and it will hide the unrelated fields. This will not recalculate data, but rather, filter through the data already loaded.
- You will see an automatic "sum" field for each number field on the bottom of the report.
Definitions of number columns on the report:
Note, these are all calculations based on the data filters. For example, the hours logged field would only check to see the date range inputted and calculate based on it. You need to adjust those filters based on the report you are looking to obtain.

- # of past shifts: The total number of reserved shifts a user has on their profile that has past
- # of total shifts: The total number of reserved shifts a user has on their profile that is upcoming and past
- # of hours logged: The total number of hours logged for past shifts
- # of hours planned: The total number of planned hours for upcoming shifts. For example, if a user has an upcoming shift tomorrow between 12-2pm (it would count as 2 hours on this report).
