How do I use the "Shift templates" feature when generating shifts?

It's simple! If you need to frequently publish batches of shifts with identical information and custom settings, you just need to create a template one time and apply the template for any opportunity whenever you want to publish shifts!

To create a shift template, follow these steps:

1. From your left-navigation menu, go to the Schedule module
   
2. On the top-left, click + Create shifts
   
3. Select an opportunity
   
4. Click Shift templates > + New template
