Microsoft Power Automate builds no-code automations, called flows, across the Microsoft ecosystem and beyond. The Vome connector lets a flow start from something happening in Vome.
It is the natural choice if your organization already runs on Microsoft 365. Where Zapier reaches the widest range of consumer and startup tools, Power Automate sits inside the tenant your IT team already governs.
The Power Automate integration is available on the Ultimate plan, because it authenticates with a Vome API key.
It lives where your organization already works. Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Dataverse and the rest of Microsoft 365.
Your IT team keeps oversight. Flows run inside your own Microsoft tenant, under the policies already applied there.
No development work. Flows are built visually.
It handles approvals well. Power Automate's approval steps are a good fit for anything that needs a manager to sign off before the next step.
Flows start from a Vome trigger. New Profile and New Reservation are the two most commonly used. The connector lists the full set of available triggers, so check there when you build.
Examples of what organizations build:
A new profile posts an adaptive card into a Teams channel for the coordinator who owns that programme.
A new reservation writes a row into an Excel workbook stored on SharePoint.
A new profile starts an approval flow before anyone is added to a restricted site.
From the left-hand navigation, click Integrations & Apps.
Click APIs & webhooks.
Open the API keys tab and click Generate secret key.
Give it a title such as "Power Automate", then copy the key straight away.

Log in to Microsoft Power Automate.
Create a new flow and search for the Vome connector.
When prompted to authenticate, paste your Vome API key.
Choose your trigger, for example New Profile.
Add the actions you want in Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel or any other connector.
Map the Vome fields onto that app's fields.
Test the flow, then save and turn it on.
Open Integrations & Apps and click the Microsoft Power Automate card. Vome shows whether your account is currently connected, and lets you disconnect it.
Authentication is rejected. Re-copy the API key and check for a truncated or space-padded paste. Generating a fresh key is the fastest way to rule this out.
The flow never runs. Confirm the trigger event actually occurred in Vome, and that the flow is turned on rather than saved as a draft.
The connector cannot be added. Some tenants restrict which connectors users may add. Your Microsoft 365 administrator can confirm whether custom or third-party connectors are permitted.
