By default, when a volunteer submits a form with your organization, we will be sharing their basic profile information with you.
Basic profile information includes:
- First name *Required by volunteers to sign up to Vome
- Last name *Required by volunteers to sign up to Vome
- Email *Required by volunteers to sign up to Vome
- Phone number *Required by volunteers to sign up to Vome
- Profile picture *Optional for volunteers to add to their profile
- Bio *Optional for volunteers to add to their profile
- Languages tagged to their profile *Optional for volunteers to add to their profile
- Skills tagged to their profile *Optional for volunteers to add to their profile
If you would like to request sensitive information (as shown below), you can enable those fields on any form that volunteers will submit a response to.
- Age *Optional for volunteers to add to their profile and must be requested through a form
- Date of birth *Optional for volunteers to add to their profile and must be requested through a form
- Gender *Optional for volunteers to add to their profile and must be requested through a form
- Address *Optional for volunteers to add to their profile and must be requested through a form
- Medical information *Must be requested through a form
- Emergency Contact (Name, Relationship, Phone #) *Must be requested through a form
