How does the "Profile Info" section work on a form?

Any of the core profile fields below can be updated by the user on their Vome account and field updates will be immediately reflected in your database. You may also choose to request that they update these fields by sending them another form in the future.
Required core profile information fields include:

All of these fields can are required since the user is sharing this information when creating their Vome user account before submitting the form and the data is shared with you in any form submission.
- First name: Cannot be displayed on the form.
- Last name: Cannot be displayed on the form.
- Email: Admin can choose to display this field on the form.
- Phone number: Admin can choose to display this field on the form.
Optional core profile information fields include:

Any of these fields can be made required if you turn on the Required switch.
- Profile picture: Upload any file
- Date of birth (DOB): Select from a calendar
- Age: This is calculated from the Date of birth.
- *Note that even if DOB isn't requested, but Age is, then then the user will be inputting their DOB to calculate their age. Therefore, if DOB is being requested, it is worth adding age as a valuable dynamic field that updates with each birthday that passes.

- Gender: There are 4 pre-determined options in a dropdown (single-selection)
- Male
- Female
- I'd rather not say
- Other: Opens a text field to write anything

- Occupation: There are 4 pre-determined options in a dropdown (single-selection)
- Student
- If Student is selected, there's an additional text field called Name of School that will be required.

- Professional
- If Professional is selected, there's an additional text field called Name of Company that will be required.

- Retiree
- Other
- Address: Users will start typing their address and select one of the results using our Google Maps API.
- This way, addresses are provided exactly as shown an Google Maps!

- Skills: Users will select from a dropdown of pre-determined skills (100+ skills)
- Languages: Users will select from a dropdown of pre-determined skills (30+ languages)
- Bio: Users can include any text they want
- Can also be viewed as a note they add to their form submission.

In addition to the core profile information fields, there are two additional profile information fields that you can request on a form. Users cannot update this information directly from their profile. To do so, you must send them a new form with these fields.

- Medical information: A section comprising of the 2 sub-fields
- A checkbox statement: Asks if users wish to share relevant medical information
- If checked off, the user can write anything in an open text field

- Emergency Contact: A section comprising of the 3 sub-fields
- Name
- Relationship
- Phone #
