How is the Vome email integration built for administrators?

Our Microsoft email integration is built and registered on Azure AD.

We use Microsoft Graph API for it. To allow Vome to process emails on behalf of an admin, the app requires scopes such as:

"Mail.Send"
"User.Read"
"openid"
"offline_access"
"profile"

If there are any issues with an administrator trying to authenticate themselves using OAuth, there may be a security policy preventing the connection to take place. We would recommend having them reach out to their internal IT team.

For any others question, you can contact us.
