How should I import archived profiles into the database?
By default, when you import profiles into the database they will be in your Active profiles list.
Upon importing new profiles into the database, you can bulk assign profile tags. The best way to streamline the process of moving profiles into your archived list is to assign a profile tag labelled as "Archived" upon importing your profiles into the Active profiles list.
Steps to create a profile tag:
- Go to the Database
- On the top-right, click Actions > Manage profile tags
- Type the tag label where it says Create a new profile tag... > Click Create
When going through the Mass import or single profile creation process, make sure to use the Assign profile tags feature in the Customize step and choose the newly created "Archived" tag.
Once the profiles are in your database, you can filter by the Archived profile tag to only display profiles with that tag.
Steps to archive profiles:
- Select profiles
- Click Actions (the one next to the text X profiles selected) > Archive profiles
