Once you reserve a spot for a shift on Vome, you can add that shift directly to your personal calendar. Vome supports syncing with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Apple Calendar.
This makes it easy to stay on top of your upcoming shifts without having to log back into Vome to check your schedule.
There are two ways to add a shift to your calendar, depending on where you are in the process.
When you successfully reserve a spot on a shift, a confirmation pop-up will appear. Within that pop-up, you will see a prompt to add the shift to your calendar. Simply select your preferred calendar provider to add it right away.
If you are already reserved for a shift and want to add it to your calendar at a later time:
Navigate to the shift on your schedule.
Click on the shift to open the shift details.
You will find the option to add it to your calendar in two places:
In the Actions button at the top of the shift details panel.
At the bottom of the shift details panel.
Select your preferred calendar provider to complete the sync.
Vome supports adding shifts to the following calendar platforms:
Google Calendar
Microsoft Outlook
Apple Calendar
The calendar entry is created at the time you add it. If shift details such as the date, time, or location are updated afterward, you may need to re-add the shift to your calendar to reflect those changes.
Yes. You can return to the shift details at any time and use the add to calendar option again. If you have already added it previously, be sure to remove the old entry from your calendar to avoid duplicates.
Confirm that you are actively reserved for the shift. The add to calendar option is only available once your reservation is confirmed. If you believe this is an error, reach out to your organization administrator or contact Vome support.
