To add new members to a custom chat, do the following:

1. Click on the "Chats" icon on the top-right of your portal

2. From the dropdown, click See all

3. Find the chat and click on it to open it

4. Click on the black "i" icon to open the chat details and settings

5. Click on the green Add button

6. Select members from your database you wish to add the chat and then click Add members.
