The Check-In & Check-Out feature in Vome helps track volunteer attendance and log hours automatically. Volunteers can check in using the mobile app, or an on-site kiosk, and admins can manually record attendance when needed.

3. How Admins Can Manually Check In/Out Volunteers
If a volunteer forgets to check in or out, admins can manually update their attendance:
- Log in to Vome Admin Panel.
- Go to the Schedule Module and select the shift.
- Locate the volunteer and click “Check In” or “Check Out” as needed.
- The system will update their logged hours accordingly.
4. How to Track Volunteer Attendance
- Admins can access attendance reports in the Reports section via the Reservations & hours log.
- Volunteers can view their logged hours under the “My Impact” section in the app.
- If there are discrepancies, admins can edit hours manually.
5. Troubleshooting Check-In Issues
🔹 Check-In Button Not Appearing?
- Ensure you are checking in at the correct time (some shifts have a set check-in window).
- Verify that you are assigned to the shift in your schedule.
🔹 Accidentally Checked In or Out?
- Contact your administrator to correct your logged hours.
🔹 Kiosk Not Responding?
- Ensure the device is connected to the internet.
- Refresh the kiosk or check with an administrator.
