How to Create and Log In to Your Vome Account

Vome offers two simple methods for creating and accessing your volunteer account: via email and password or through Single Sign-On (SSO) providers like Google, Microsoft, or Apple. Each method has its own login process, so it's important to use the same method every time you access your account.

Method 1: Sign Up with Email and Password

  1. Go to the Vome sign-up page: www.vomevolunteer.com/register-volunteer

  2. Enter your email address and create a password.

  3. You’ll receive a 4-digit authentication code at the email address you provided.

  4. Enter the code on Vome to verify your account.

  5. Once verified, your account will be created and you can log in.

Logging in:

  • You must always log in using your email and password from the login page: www.vomevolunteer.com/login

  • You will not receive a new code each time you log in; authentication is only required during account creation.

Method 2: Sign Up with Single Sign-On (SSO)

You can also create an account by using one of the SSO options, such as:

  • Continue with Google

  • Continue with Microsoft

  • Continue with Apple

  1. Click the appropriate "Continue with..." button on the Vome sign-up page.

  2. Sign into your selected provider (Google, Microsoft, or Apple).

  3. Once authenticated, your account will be created automatically—no 4-digit code is required.

Logging in:

  • You must always log in by clicking "Continue with Google", "Continue with Microsoft", "Continue with Apple", or whichever SSO method you originally used from the login page: www.vomevolunteer.com/login

  • Do not attempt to log in with email and password if you signed up with an SSO method—your account is tied to the authentication provider.

Important Notes:

  • Be consistent: Use the same method (email/password or SSO) to log in each time.

  • If you're unsure how you signed up, check your inbox for your Vome welcome email or any 4-digit code messages.

  • If you need help accessing your account, contact Vome Support for assistance.

By following the correct steps, you'll ensure a smooth experience signing up and logging in to Vome. Choose the method that works best for you and stick with it!
