How to Export an Individual's Upcoming Reserved Shifts in Vome
If you need to export a volunteer’s upcoming scheduled shifts, you can do so using the Reservations & Hours Log report in Vome. This process helps you retrieve only the Reserved and Attendance Confirmed shifts — both of which indicate future participation.
Follow the steps below to generate and export the report:
✅ Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Navigate to the Reports Section
2. Open the Reservations & Hours Log Report
3. Filter by Date Range
-
Use the Date Range filters to select the timeframe you want to review (e.g., upcoming month or custom range).
-
Click Run Report to generate the results.
4. Locate the Volunteer
5. Filter by Attendee Status
6. Export the Shifts
-
Click the checkbox at the top-left of the table to select all matching reservations.
-
Click the Export button in the top-right corner of the report.
-
Choose Export Selected Rows to download the data.
📌 Notes
-
Reserved = The volunteer has signed up for the shift but has not yet attended.
-
Attendance Confirmed = The organization has confirmed the volunteer’s attendance ahead of the shift.
-
This export will download a CSV file that you can open in Excel or any spreadsheet software.
💡 Tips
-
If no results appear, double-check the date range and spelling of the volunteer’s name.
-
You can save or share the exported file with other team members for scheduling purposes.
