I created a Vome User account and was then invited by an organization to claim my profile. What do I do?

If you've already created a Vome User account before an organization sent you an invitation to claim your profile and join their portal, you can still accept the invitation! Simply follow these steps:

1. Logout of your account

2. Log back in to your account

3. Click Accept invitation once prompted

1. Log out of your account:

1. On a laptop: You can log out of your account by clicking the down arrow on the top-right of your screen > Click Log out
   
2. On a mobile device: Click on the Hamburger icon (3 stacked vertical lines) on the top-left of your screen > Click Log out
   

An alternative method is to go to www.vomevolunteer.com/login on a browsing window where you're not currently logged into your account. For more information on how to use a private browsing window for this process, read this article.

If you have multiple browsers installed on your device (i.e Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari), another option is to simply use an alternative web browser than the one you're currently logged in on) and simply login to your account there to accept the invitation.

2) Log back in: Enter your Vome Email ID and password > Click Login

3) Once you login, you'll see an invitation ask you to accept to join the organization > Click Accept
