I submitted an application form and I'm not sure what to do next. What do I do?

Once you submit a general application form, you are awaiting for an action to be taken from an admin at the organization.
If this is your first time submitting an application/inquiry form on Vome and you aren't yet approved for any opportunities, your homepage should look similar to the image below after submitting the form.

If you have not heard back from the organization in a few days regarding your registration, we recommend following up directly with the organization about its status.

If the organization decides to move you through the application process, these are the most likely 2 next steps:
  1. Get assigned to an onboarding sequence: You will receive a notification stating that you've been assigned to an onboarding sequence only if the admin has chosen that option. If you are assigned to a sequence, you will be able to view the sequence steps from your Homepage view.
  2. Get assigned to an opportunity: You will get a notification stating that you've been approved for an opportunity (or multiple opportunities) and will see approved opportunities appear on your Homepage view. Once approved for an opportunity, you can reserve reserve shifts related to it!
Since you will get redirected to the organization's page, you might be able to register for specific opportunities that are featured on the page. Some opportunities allow for people to directly register for them and some opportunities will redirect you to a general application form. Make sure you don't submit the same general application form twice and will only directly register for opportunities. See the image below for an example of what an opportunity-specific direct registration form would like for the Meal Prep Role opportunity.
