Thank you for submitting your application! If the organization you're applying to has an onboarding process, it will be made available to you as a Sequence in your Vome account.
A Sequence is Vome's way of organizing and guiding you through the steps of your onboarding process. It may include tasks such as submitting documents, attending interviews, or completing training—everything required before you can officially start volunteering.
To access your Sequence, follow these steps:
Log in to your Vome account at www.vomevolunteer.com/login.
Once logged in, you’ll land on your Homepage.
On the top left corner of your Homepage, you’ll see a box labeled with the name of your onboarding Sequence (e.g., "Volunteer Onboarding").
Click the “View steps” button in that box.
A list of onboarding steps will appear. Click into each step to view instructions and complete the required actions (e.g., uploading a file, booking an interview, etc.).
⚠️ If you don’t see a Sequence yet, don’t worry—your application may still be under review.
If no Sequence appears on your Homepage, it simply means the organization hasn’t assigned one to you yet. This usually means your application is still being processed.
Once your Sequence is assigned, you’ll receive an email from Vome notifying you that your onboarding process has started.
If it’s been a while since you submitted your application and you still don’t see a Sequence on your Homepage, you can reach out directly to the organization or reply to your application confirmation email for a status update.
Log in at www.vomevolunteer.com/login.
Look for your Sequence on the top left of your Homepage.
Click “View steps” to open and begin your onboarding.
If you don’t see anything yet, your application may still be under review.
