I've been assigned to an opportunity that has Flexible Schedule enabled. How does this work?
When Flexible Schedule is enabled for an opportunity, volunteers are able to create their own shifts by indicating the date and time slot as to when they are planning to volunteer.
Here are the steps to create and submit shifts:
1. From your homepage, click Reserve shifts (found on the middle of the page)
2. On the top of the page, there will be a banner for Flexible shifts. Go ahead and click Generate shifts
3. You can create one of multiple shifts by indicating the date and time slot per your needs
4. Click Generate shifts
5. Click Confirm
6. Now that you have created the shift(s), you can click Reserve (on the bottom right of your screen).
All done! The administrator from the organization will be notified about your reservation.
