What is the difference between fixed and flexible shifts?

Fixed:

Fixed shifts require volunteers to book and attend for the entire shift.

For example, if you create a shift from 2-4pm, and require that volunteers attend for the entire duration, this would be considered a fixed shift.

Flexible:

Flexible shifts allow volunteers to book an arrival and departure time within the time slot, as long as it meets the minimum duration criteria.

For example, if you create a shift from 9am-5pm, and require volunteers to come for at least 1 hour, the volunteer can book from 9:30am-11:30am, 1pm-2pm, etc.
