What are shift chatrooms?

Every shift that you create will have an auto-generated group chat dedicated for all the shift attendees. Volunteers who have booked a spot for the shift will automatically be added to the chat for you to easily coordinate and communicate with attendees. Volunteers who cancel their spot will be removed from the chat.

You don't need to manually manage the participants in the shift group chat!
