What are the different attendee statuses? When does notifications get sent?

Every attendee scheduled to a shift has an associated status to their booking.

Here is a breakdown of each status, when they can occur, and the affiliated notifications:

Reserved
The attendee is reserved for an upcoming shift.
Upcoming shiftWhen an attendee reserves a shift, both the attendee and admin will receive a notification confirmation. 
Attendance confirmed
The attendee, who is already booked to a shift, has confirm they're still attending within 48 hours of the shift's start time
Upcoming shift
The attendee receives a notification 48 hrs prior to the shift start time asking them to confirm if they are attending. If they confirm their attendance, you will see a green check-mark on their profile in the attendees list. If they're not attending, they will be cancelling their booking and letitng you know you why they've cancelled.
Hours Logged
The attendee has been successfully logged hours for this shift
During the shift or past shift
If the attendee checks-out, a notification is sent to the attendee and admin. If the admin logs hours for the attendee, then the attendee will receive a notification that their hours have been logged if they are a Vome User.
Checked-in
The attendee has been checked-in to a shift, either via QR code, On-site kiosk or by the admin. It is possible that this status remains as checked-in after the shift has ended, if they did not check-out of their shift.
Within 1 hr before the shift, during the shift, or past shift
If the attendee checks-in, a notification is sent to the attendee and admin. 
Not logged
The attendee who is booked for a shift was never checked-in, and now the shift's end time has passed. People who are not logged are meant to be marked as absent or logged hours as follows.
Past shift
After a shift has ended, we inform the admin to review their attendee list to ensure the hour loggings were done correctly.
AbsentAn attendee was marked as absent for a shift by an admin and/or the attendee cancelled their booking within 12 hours of the shift start time
Upcoming shift, during the shift or past shift
A notification is sent to the admin when receiving new hour claims.
Hour claim pending
A Vome User submitted an hour claim for a past shift
Past shift
A notification is sent to the admin when receiving new hour claims.
Shift request pending
A Vome User requested to book an upcoming shift. This is only applicable for Opportunities that have Instant Book Disabled.
Upcoming Shift
A notification is sent to the admin to approve or decline the attendee's shift request. Once approved or declined, a notification is sent to the volunteer (and their Attendee Status would become Booked)
Shift request declined
A Vome User requested to book an upcoming shift but it was declined by the admin. This is only applicable for Opportunities that have Instant Book Disabled. They will no longer be able to view this shift from their schedule.
Upcoming Shift
A notification is sent to the attendee to notify them that their shift request has been declined.
