What Does It Mean If My Sequence Is Paused?

If you see a Paused notice on a sequence in your Vome homepage, it means your progress in that sequence has been temporarily placed on hold by your organization's administrator.

What You Can and Cannot Do While Paused

While your sequence is paused, you cannot take action on any steps. The step buttons will not be available, and you will not be able to move forward or complete anything in the sequence until it is reactivated.

You will still be able to see the sequence and its steps, but they will be in a read-only state.

How to Get Reactivated

Reactivation is controlled by your organization's administrator. You cannot reactivate the sequence yourself. If you believe your sequence has been paused in error, or if you are ready to continue and want to be reactivated, use the Contact Admin button on the sequence page to reach out to the coordinator directly.

Will I Lose My Progress?

No. Your progress is preserved while your sequence is paused. Any steps you have already completed will remain in their completed state. When the admin reactivates you, you will pick up from where you left off.
