What does it mean to be a 'Watcher' on Vome?

Being a watcher allows you to subscribe to notifications as an admin. 

If an admin is assigned as the lead coordinator, they will be the primary contact person and will receive notifications. The watcher will also receive notifications (in addition to the assigned coordinator).

Steps to add a watcher to an opportunity:

1. Using your left-hand navigation, click Opportunities
2. Click the opportunity you wish to add a watcher
3. Click the Actions button
4, Click Edit coordinator & watchers
5. Select watchers and save

Steps to add a watcher to a sequence:

1. Using your left-hand navigation, click Sequences
2. Click the 3-dot menu > Edit sequence
3. Edit the watchers > select watchers and save

Steps to add a watcher to a form:

1. Using your left-hand navigation, click Forms
2. Click the 3-dot menu Edit form
3. Edit the watchers > select watchers and save

Steps to add a watcher to a shift:

1. Using your left-hand navigation, click Schedule
2. Click the shift you wish to add a watcher
3. Click the Actions button
4, Click watchers > select watchers and save

You can also do this in bulk by using the Actions button on your default schedule and clicking Edit details & settings
