Why am I not seeing any details on a form submitted by a volunteer for an opportunity?
After clicking a volunteer's profile from your database, you might have selected an opportunity, scrolled down to the Form section to find "No details were added to this form upon submission."
This occurs when the admin assigns the volunteer for this opportunity.
A common confusion arises from this scenario:
1. The organization is using opportunity-specific registration for their opportunities
2. These opportunities are all using the same form template
Assume the organization has 2 opportunities (Opportunity A, Opportunity B), which are both linked with Template A.
A volunteer named Eric submits the registration form for Opportunity A.
Once the admin approves their registration for Opportunity A, they also assign Eric to Opportunity B.
When viewing Eric's profile, only Opportunity A will have a submitted form by Eric (not Opportunity B).
Similarly, if you are using General recruitment forms for your opportunities, you will be able to view submitted form responses from your Forms page.
