Why do I need to add a title for interviews, orientation & training sessions?
You must add a title to each onboarding step for internal management purposes. When adding the same onboarding items to multiple opportunities, you will be able to select and identify exactly which onboarding item will be selected by viewing the title.
If you add the same Onboarding step entry for multiple opportunities, the completion status will remain consistent across all opportunitiesthat require it.
