How do I delete or archive profiles from the database?
Your database can contain a mix of Offline and Vome User profiles.
Currently, you can only delete Offline profiles from the database. However, you can archive Vome Users.
Steps to delete an Offline profile:
- Go to the Database
- Select one or more Offline profiles
- Click Actions > Delete profiles
Steps to archive a Vome User:
- Go to the Database
- Select one or more Vome Users
- Click Actions > Archive profiles
If you to permanently delete a
Vome User with the user's permission, please
contact our support team and CC the user and we'll be glad to assist you. Please make sure to send us the user's
name and email ID! In the meantime, we recommend that you archive their profile.
