I'm generating shifts. What are all of the field options?

Remember that each individual shift or batch of shifts must be linked to an opportunity!

If you will be creating batches of shifts, it is worth it to create

- If the Date Range option is being used, you must select a start date, end date, and select days of the week that the batch of shifts will repeat on
- Time slot
- You can add multiple time slots per batch
- Each time slot can have the "Flexble" option: This allows users to reserve an arrival and departure time within the time slot range, with a minimum duration criteria. For example, the time slot is from 9:00am - 4:00pm, but a user can any time in between so long as it's minimum 1 hour.

- Show other attendees reservation status to users
- Let users see who else is reserved, confirmed attendance, and checked-in.

Each visibility setting has the option of:
- Visible before reservation
- Visible after reservations
- Private (admins only)
What are advanced reservation restrictions?

By default, a user who is approved for an opportunity can view and reserve any shift that's linked to the opportunity.
When generating shifts, you can limit the accessibility for users to view and reserve specific individual or batches of shifts by setting a condition based on assigned profile tags in the database.

Choose one of the conditions below and then select the tags that apply:
- At least 1
- All
- None

An example where this would apply:
You have an opportunity titled Driver. Every driver must have a valid driver's license, and you don't want to unassign people from the driver opportunity when they're driver's license expires. Therefore, you set a condition where only users who have the profile tag titled Valid Driver's License can view and reserve shifts that are linked to the Driver opportunity.
