What are profile tags? How do I to create profile tags? And why should I use them?

Starting on the Pro plan and above, you can create and assign Profile Tags as a way to customize your database.
  1. You cannot import profile tags but can only assign them during the import process or once profiles are in your database.
  2. A profile tag can be anything you need it to be. It is simply a string of text to track a custom data point.
WarningProfile tags are visible to admins only!

    2. You can manually assign profile tags from within the admin portal:
      1. You will see this option from a volunteer's profile, and by taking actions from the Forms, Sequences or Database and Reports modules. You simply need to select profiles using the checkmark to the left of their name > Click on the Actions button that appeared > Click Assign profile tags.
      3. You can auto-assign profile tags when a user:
      1. Submits a form
      2. Completes a step in a sequence
      3. Finishes a sequence
