Views of your organization's page over the last 28 days.
You will find it on your dashboard as Page Views, with Last 28 days shown underneath. The window rolls forward, so the number always describes the last four weeks rather than a fixed month.

What is being looked at.
Somebody can view an opportunity without ever seeing your organization page, and the other way round, so the two numbers are not versions of each other.
Judging whether your recruitment problem is reach or conversion.
High page views and few applications means people are finding you and not applying, which points at the page itself, or at what happens when they press to apply. Low page views means fewer people are getting that far at all, which is a promotion problem rather than a Vome one.
