Screening & Onboarding
After you apply, an organization may put you through a few steps before approving you. Sequences, checklists, waivers to sign, documents to upload, courses and background checks, and how to see what is left.
Org Portal
Once an organization has approved you, assigned you to a sequence or accepted your application, their private portal opens from your homepage: their opportunities, shifts, resources, chats and awards.
Scheduling
Book your own shifts for the opportunities you are approved for, see them on your calendar, confirm or cancel attendance, ask for a shift that is full, and get reminders before every one.
Attendance & hour tracking
How your hours get recorded. Scan the QR code, check in at the kiosk, tap in from the app, or claim hours after the fact, plus what to do if you forgot to check out.
Challenges & Achievements
Go beyond the shift. Complete challenges set by the organizations you work with, earn V-points for what you do, and pick up achievement badges as you pass each milestone.
Communications
