Browser Compatibility with Vome

Vome is designed to be accessible and easy to use for both volunteers and administrators—but depending on your role and the device you're using, your experience may vary slightly.

This article explains which browsers and devices work best with Vome and what to expect when accessing the admin portal versus the volunteer platform.

✅ Volunteer Platform: Fully Compatible on All Devices

If you're a volunteer, you can access the Vome platform from any modern web browser on:

  • Desktop or laptop computers

  • Tablets

  • Smartphones (iOS or Android)

Whether you're using Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, or any up-to-date browser, you’ll be able to:

  • Sign up for opportunities

  • Manage your schedule

  • Track hours and activity

  • Communicate with organizations

Vome is fully responsive and optimized for mobile use for volunteers.

⚠️ Admin Portal: Best on Desktop or Laptop

If you're an admin (e.g. managing events, volunteers, reports, or communication), please note:

  • The admin portal is designed for use on desktop or laptop devices.

  • It is not fully responsive on mobile browsers.

  • Some features may not display properly or may be difficult to interact with on smaller screens.

For the best experience, we recommend using a computer or laptop when accessing the admin dashboard.

While Vome works well on all modern browsers, we strongly recommend using Google Chrome for the best performance, especially on the admin side. Chrome tends to offer the fastest load times, best feature support, and highest compatibility with the latest updates to the Vome platform.

Summary
