Yes, in most cases.
Vome has an open API with two-way synchronization, data in and data out. That means Vome can technically integrate with any other platform that also has an open API on its end.
There are two routes to an integration, and both are covered below.
Ready-made integrations that we build and maintain for you.
Your own integration, built on our API and documentation, or through Zapier or Microsoft Power Automate.

Yes, as long as that platform also has an open API.
Vome synchronizes in both directions, so data is not locked in:
Data out. Push profiles, reservations, shifts, hours and form submissions from Vome into your other system.
Data in. Create or update records in Vome from your other system, so nobody re-types anything.
Because both directions are already open on our side, the answer almost always comes down to the other platform rather than to Vome. Check their developer documentation, or ask their support team, whether they offer an open or public API. If they do, an integration is possible. If they do not, no integration is possible from either side, and that limit sits with them.
These are built into Vome and maintained by us. You will find all of them under Integrations & Apps in the left-hand navigation, grouped exactly as they are listed here.
API & Connectors: APIs & webhooks, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate
Background Checks: Verified First, Sterling Volunteers
CRMs & Spreadsheets: Salesforce, Google Sheets
E-Learning: SCORM Cloud
Fundraising & Donations: Double the Donation
Mailbox Client: Google mailbox, Outlook mailbox
Mobile Apps: Vome iOS app, Vome Android app
Security & Compliance: Single Sign-On (SSO), Microsoft Azure
Every one of them has its own article, in the Integrations & Apps section of this help centre.
You build it yourself, and you have three routes. They are listed from least technical to most.
Zapier. Thousands of applications already publish a Zapier connector, so if yours is one of them you can usually build the automation without writing any code. See How does the Zapier integration work on Vome?
Microsoft Power Automate. The same idea, and often the better fit if your organization already runs on Microsoft 365. See How does the Microsoft Power Automate integration work on Vome?
The Vome API and webhooks directly. This is the route for anything custom: a data warehouse, a finance system, an internal dashboard, or a platform that has an API but no ready-made connector. See How do the Vome API and webhooks work?
All three routes authenticate with the same API key, so you can start with a no-code connector and move to custom code later without changing credentials.
The full technical reference, including endpoints, authentication and webhook events, is on our developer documentation site at https://docs.vomevolunteer.com/.
Ask four questions about it, in this order.
Does it have an open or public API, with documentation you can actually read? This is the one that decides it.
Does it let you authenticate, usually with an API key or OAuth?
Can it send or receive data automatically, on a schedule or when something happens, rather than only through a manual export?
Does it already publish a Zapier or Microsoft Power Automate connector?
A yes to the last question is the fastest path in. A no to the first question is the only real dead end.

It depends on which integration.
Ultimate. APIs & webhooks, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, Salesforce, Single Sign-On (SSO) and Microsoft Azure. Ultimate is what opens the custom-integration route, so once you are on it you can connect Vome to anything that is connectable on the other platform's end.
Available without Ultimate. Verified First, Sterling Volunteers, Google Sheets, Double the Donation, SCORM Cloud, the Google and Outlook mailbox connections, and the two mobile apps.
Separately from your Vome plan, a few integrations need an account with the provider, which they bill and support themselves. That applies to Verified First, Sterling Volunteers, SCORM Cloud and Double the Donation.
Yes. Our team is here to help, and you do not need to work out feasibility on your own.
Get in touch to:
Ask whether a specific platform can be integrated, before you commit any development time.
Get help with a request or a webhook delivery that is not behaving.
Tell us what you are trying to achieve, so we can point you at the shortest route.
You can submit a ticket or email us at support@vomevolunteer.zohodesk.com.
To get a useful answer on the first reply, include:
The name of the platform, and a link to its API documentation if you can find one.
What data should move, and in which direction.
Whether it needs to run continuously, or is a one-time migration.
Send it to us in a ticket. Include the platform name and a sentence on how your organization would use it.
Suggestions from the organizations using Vome are part of how we decide what to build next, so it is worth sending even if the platform is not on the list today.
Vome has an open API with two-way synchronization, data in and data out.
Vome can technically integrate with any platform that also has an open API. Where an integration is not possible, the limit is on the other platform's end.
Fifteen integrations are already built in, covering background checks, CRMs and spreadsheets, fundraising, e-learning, mailboxes, security and mobile.
For anything else, use Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, or the API and webhooks directly. All three share one API key.
The custom-integration route is on the Ultimate plan. Several ready-made integrations are available on other plans.
Support can confirm whether a platform is integrable, and will pass on integration suggestions. Submit a ticket.
