Understanding Sequence Metrics on the Vome Dashboard
The Sequences module displays four metrics next to each sequence on your dashboard. This article explains what each metric means and how they are affected by your admin permissions.
What do the sequence metrics mean?
Each sequence displays the following counts:
Total
The total number of user profiles currently in the sequence, across all statuses (Active, Finished, Paused, and Inactive).
Active
The number of profiles with an Active status. This excludes profiles that are Finished, Paused, or Inactive.
Step 1
The number of profiles currently sitting on Step 1 of the sequence at that moment.
My Tasks
The number of profiles on steps that require your action as an administrator. A step appears here when the user cannot complete or advance that step on their own, and admin intervention is needed to move them forward.
Why might my numbers look different from another admin's?
The metrics you see depend on your admin permissions.
If your admin account is linked to a specific Site and your role is configured to show data only for that Site, the metrics will reflect only the profiles and steps within your accessible data.
An admin with organization-wide permissions will see metrics across all Sites, while a Site-linked admin will see only the data relevant to their Site.
Note: If a step requires admin action and a profile is sitting on that step, it will count toward My Tasks. Steps that users can complete on their own do not appear in this count.
