An organization shared a link to an opportunity with me. What do I do next?
When you click on the link, it will bring you to the opportunity details page. It should look something like what is shown in the image below.
Once you've reviewed the details, you can directly apply to the opportunity by clicking on the green Apply button.
If you've already been assigned to the opportunity by the organization, you will immediately be able to book shifts and can bypass the application process.
The organization customized this form so please make sure to fill out all requested information!
If there is a Shifts section on the form, it means that you can attach shifts to your application. however, you still must be approved to the opportunity before your shifts are booked. If Instant book is enabled for this opportunity, your requested shifts will be immediately booked once you are approved for the opportunity. If Instant Book is disabled, your shift requests will need additional approval from the administrator even if you've been approved for the opportunity. You can see pending shift requests on the Schedule page!
If you are applying for an opportunity and/or registering for a shift on behalf of a group, please notify the organization by adding a note at the bottom of the application form regarding the group information (ex: name of the group, how many people, any requested group information, etc.). When you reserve a spot for a shift, it will only take up 1 spot even if you are applying on behalf of a group, therefore, the administrator must be aware of how many people you are coming with to limit the number of available spots from their end!
Once you've filled out the form, scroll all the way down to the bottom and click Submit Application.
Once the application form is successfully submitted, your application to the opportunity is now Pending and you can see the opportunity and its status on your Homepage or My Opportunities page.
You will be notified once your application has been approved - either by email or app notification if you've downloaded the mobile app. If you need to download the app, click here to learn more.
Now that you are approved to an opportunity, you can directly engage with the organization! There are many actions you can take directly from your dashboard, the My Opportunities page, the Schedule or from the organization portal!

To navigate to the Organization's Portal, go to your Homepage and click on the [Organization Name] on the top right of the view:
