How can I track hours for my volunteers?

There are two seamless ways of tracking hours for your volunteers:

1) Self check-in:
- On Vome, organization admins are able to generate a unique QR code. You may display the QR code digitally or print it out
- Volunteers who have booked shifts will be able to check-in to their shifts by scanning the QR code using the mobile app
- Before the volunteer leaves, they will scan the QR code again to check-out. *If the volunteer forgets to check-out, they will be automatically checked-out at the predetermined end time of their shift
- The difference between the check-in and check-out time will be automatically tabulated and counted towards the logged hours for the volunteer

2) Manual check-in:
- When a booked volunteer arrives to their shift, an admin can check-in the volunteer through the mobile app (or web platform) on the attendees' list for that specific shift
- When the shift ends, the admin can check-out the volunteer
- The difference between the check-in and check-out time will be automatically tabulated and counted towards the logged hours for the volunteer
