When organizations migrate to Vome, volunteers may already have accumulated hours from previous systems or offline activities. To ensure their total hours accurately reflect their full contribution, admins can now log hours (completed off Vome) directly to a user’s profile.
Manual hours are added on top of the automatically calculated hours from logged shifts. For example, if Dalia has 3 hours from logged shifts in Vome and you manually add 10 offline hours, her profile will display a total of 13 hours.
To manually adjust a user’s total hours:
Go to Database in the left-hand navigation.
Select the user’s profile you want to edit.
Locate the Logged Hours field. Hover over the value — you’ll see a pencil (edit) icon appear.
Click the pencil icon and enter the number of logged hours (off Vome) you want to add.
Click Save — the user’s total will update immediately and display on their dashboard.
If you need to update many profiles at once. Go to your Database and select Create profiles on top-left and select Mass import

Offline hours contribute to your organization’s total impact value - a dollar amount that quantifies a user's contribution.
By default, Vome calculates impact at $30/hour, but you can adjust this rate:
Navigate to Opportunities in the left-hand menu.
Click the Actions button in the top-right corner.
Choose Manage Impact Value.
Locate the Impact Value Rate for Off-Vome Logged Hours and adjust as needed.
The new rate will automatically apply across all profiles, multiplying the rate by each user’s logged hours (off Vome) to calculate their total impact.
